Character, Account & Naming Policy
Accounts and characters must support fair, long-term roleplay and community security.
Account ownership
Each member should use one personal master account unless management approves another arrangement. Accounts may not be sold, traded, shared, borrowed, or transferred.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Use a unique password and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
Ban and restriction evasion
Creating another account, using someone else's account, changing network details, or asking another person to act on your behalf to bypass a ban or restriction is prohibited. Evasion may extend the original punishment and affect accounts that knowingly assisted.
Character names
In-game character names must resemble believable personal names and follow the required
Code:
First_LastNames may be rejected when they:
- Copy a famous person, major fictional character, meme, brand, or public figure.
- Contain jokes, titles, ranks, numbers, excessive capitalization, or intentional misspelling.
- Are designed to impersonate another community member or established character.
- Clearly conflict with the character's presented background without a reasonable explanation.
Staff may require a name change even when the name passes automatic validation.
Alternate-character separation
Each character is a separate person. They may not share private knowledge, hidden locations, passwords, enemies, faction intelligence, or memories simply because the same player controls them.
Do not use one character to recover another character's seized property, retaliate for their conflict, influence their court case, or move assets around a restriction.
Asset transfers
Direct or indirect transfers between your own characters require a legitimate purpose and may require staff approval. Using friends, businesses, storage, dropped items, or deliberately cheap sales to hide an alt transfer is still prohibited.
New characters should build their own history instead of inheriting the full resources of an older character.
Disposable characters
Do not create characters solely for murder, robbery, faction sabotage, asset storage, or a single consequence-free storyline. Management may close a character and reverse transfers when its purpose is clearly abusive.
Character background and portrayal
A character may claim prior skills, education, or experience, but those claims must remain believable and cannot replace in-server progression or grant unsupported authority. Avoid portraying a character as an expert in every field.
Real-world hate groups, active extremist organizations, and direct copies of real criminal organizations may be restricted to protect the community and setting.
Minor characters
Minor characters may be portrayed only with heightened care. Sexual or romantic adult content involving a minor character is prohibited. Graphic abuse, exploitation, or sexualized descriptions involving minors are prohibited regardless of OOC age.
A minor character may participate in ordinary family, school, social, and age-appropriate conflict roleplay. Serious criminal or violent scenes involving minors should remain non-graphic and may be limited by staff when the scene creates safety or community concerns.
Character closure and permanent death
Voluntary permanent death belongs to the character's owner. Once confirmed and completed, it should be treated as final. Assets are handled according to current inheritance and property policies; they do not automatically transfer to another character owned by the same player.
Management may close a character for severe abuse, repeated unrealistic conduct, or as part of a clearly published system consequence.
